Looking for someone with an Owner mindset who can manage the Home Staging business. Key responsibilities are listed below:

  • Property Assessment: Evaluate properties to determine staging needs, considering layout, target market, and property condition.
  • Staging Design and Planning: Develop staging plans, including furniture selection, decor, and layout to highlight the property’s best features and create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain an inventory of furniture, decor, and staging materials, ensuring items are in good condition and readily available.
  • Coordination and Execution: Manage the staging process, including scheduling, transportation, and setup of furniture and decor, ensuring timely completion before showings or open houses.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate a team of stagers, movers, or contractors, assigning tasks and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, buyer preferences, and local market demands to tailor staging designs effectively.
  • De-staging and Maintenance: Oversee the removal of staging items after a sale or showing, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of inventory for future use.
  • Quality Control: Inspect staged properties to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and adherence to design standards.
