We are hiring a Residential Construction Project Manager!

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This includes managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, permits, materials, and on-site operations. The Project Manager ensures each project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Must be strong in the concrete and framing trades, supervision, project management, job scheduling, organized, good communicator, Spanish as a 2nd language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
  • Monitor daily field operations and address issues as they arise.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Issue RFI’s, change orders, and manage document control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
  1. Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Track and report on project progress, costs, and forecasts.
  • Support the closeout process, including punch list, final inspections, and handoff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills (MUST HAVE)

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred (or OSHA 10 minimum).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, or underground utility projects.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience as a lead, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Work Environment

· Lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

  • Stand or walk for extended periods.

· Navigate active construction sites safely.

· Ability to work extended hours and weekends as project needs dictation.

  • Work in all weather conditions (Drive around to get to job sites and office).

· Combination of office and field work. Must be able to visit and inspect job sites regularly.
