A Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation organization in New Jersey is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead overall facility operations. This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on leader who is passionate about quality care, compliance, and building a positive culture for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations.

  • Lead and support department managers across all clinical and operational areas.

  • Drive quality improvement, census development, and resident satisfaction.

  • Manage budgeting, financial performance, and staffing.

  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

  • Ensure continuous survey readiness and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey LNHA license (required).

  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in long-term care.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, survey process, and LTC operations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to foster a collaborative, resident-centered culture.
