Job Description:
- Accurately process invoices for payments.
- Review and verify invoices and check requests for accuracy and proper approvals.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to payables.
- Assist with month-end closing by preparing accounts payable reports and reconciliations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, internal departments, and management to resolve payment or invoice issues.
- Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed.
