Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are currently hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative school-based team in Aurora, CO. This position focuses on providing therapeutic support to students with diverse physical, sensory, and developmental needs within a structured school environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Aurora, CO

• Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday

• Caseload: K12 students requiring OT services

• Contract Dates: August 2025 May 2026

• Employment Type: W-2

Compensation:

• Local W-2 Pay Range: $52$60/hour

• Travel Contract Weekly Gross Pay: $2,300$2,700 (depending on experience, travel status, and certification)

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado OT license or eligibility

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Masters or Doctorate)

• Experience working with school-aged children preferred

• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
