As a Client Services Specialist you will have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships and provide support for our clients and their families.

In this role you will:

• Take a leading role in client projects and act as the primary point of contact for the client at the law firm

• Consistently build the client relationship and confidence in our firm with every client interaction

• Successfully process Public Benefits, Asset Protection and Estate Planning cases

• Communicate effectively among all team members

• Review documents meticulously, set up electronic files accurately and ensure that we have a complete, up to date file at all times

• Work with client to verify and obtain any necessary information

• Take initiative in client interactions to manage incoming client service requests

• ‪Focus on retention of every client by providing excellent customer service

• ‪Solve problems in a proactive manner and maintain confidentiality

• ‪Keep updated records and detailed documentation of client interactions, documentation and concerns in a paperless database system

• ‪Address the concerns of our clients with confidence and empathy

• ‪Use good judgment to discern what issues may be urgent and need a manager’s or director’s attention immediately

• Will be required to work with systems such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Daylite, Gateway and Microsoft Office

To be successful in this role you will need:

• ‪Some College. Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• ‪High attention to detail and above-average organizational skills

• ‪Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to work closely with others in a team environment

• A motivated self-starter that can work independently with minimal supervision

• ‪Active listening skills

• Desire to take initiative to assist clients and improve processes

• ‪Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• ‪Reliability and dependability

• ‪The ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or Daylite is a plus

Full Time, 40 hours per week. Must be able to be in the office from 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. This is not a remote position. Occasional overtime may be required.
