Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with Bensalem, PA is seeking a Collections Specialist for a 3-6 month temporary assignment to support increased AR volume and help reduce aging receivables. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong follow-up skills and comfort working in QuickBooks. Location: Fully Onsite - Bensalem, PA Pay: $20-$25/hr. Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours Type: Contract (3-6 months) Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of past?due accounts; perform consistent outbound collection calls and emails.
  • Send payment reminders, demand letters, and past?due notices.
  • Research and resolve short pays, unapplied cash, and disputed invoices.
  • Enter payments and update customer accounts accurately in QuickBooks .
  • Collaborate with AR, Billing, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve issues delaying payment.
  • Maintain detailed notes on collection efforts and promised payments.
  • Prepare weekly AR aging updates and collection status reports.
  • Assist with AR tasks to support month?end close as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of Collections or Accounts Receivable experience.
  • QuickBooks experience required (QuickBooks Desktop or Online).
  • Strong communication and problem?solving skills.
  • Comfortable with high?volume outreach and tight follow-up practices.
  • Detail?oriented, dependable, and able to work fully onsite.
