This per diem position offers an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacist to provide expert medication dispensing services in a well-organized retail pharmacy setting. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medications while addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Schedule:
- Part-time
- 2 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately under the direct supervision of the pharmacy manager.
- Ensure all medications are delivered safely and efficiently to customers.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality service.
