Financial admin/Asset movement clerk
LHH recruitment is hiring for a financial admin/asset movement clerk in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client if looking for a financial admin/asset movement clerk with a strong background in administration, customer service, and finance. This is an in-office opportunity with a company that offers excellent benefits.
Job Responsibilities to include:
· Review and process deposits, withdrawals, and instruction setups in accordance with firm policies and industry regulations.
· Advise our financial professionals about what is needed to process their customers’ requests.
· Document any discrepancies and upload e-mails.
· Ensures assigned items are processed within the required time frame.
· Research matters by reviewing applicable resources.
· Phone calls- return VM and emails.
You are a great fit if:
· Series 7 finance License
· Fingerprinting background is required
· Prior experience in wealth management or banking experience a huge plus
This position is a contract to hire opportunity that will pay $50k annually to start. Please apply today!
