Position Details:Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift:
- Graduate Nurse: $10,000
- Experienced Nurse: $13,000
Position: Medical A RN
- Hours: 36 hours per week, Night Shift
- Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028
The Medical A unit at our facility is a dynamic 30-bed environment catering to patients of all ages, many of whom are dealing with chronic illnesses that necessitate multidisciplinary treatment plans. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will educate patients on a range of topics, from surgical expectations to post-discharge medication regimens. This role is ideal for compassionate, team-oriented individuals who are dedicated, adaptable, and enjoy caring for diverse populations. Working in this unit will not only be fulfilling but will also enhance your clinical expertise and skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of a nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid RN license in the state of employment, including compliance with all state board of nursing regulations.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
