Job DescriptionSalary: $75-85K
- Oversee the processing of all HR/PR/Credentialing activities for the organization
- Maintaining, organizing and updating documents for all employees (such as background checks, reference checks, resumes, I-9, state tax form, W-4 form, fringe benefits etc.)
- Supervises the Human Resource Assistant
- Reviewing and processing ADP payroll semi-monthly. Ensuring pay data is correct and approved for employees and consultant/contractors.
- Maintaining leave accrual balances for accuracy
- Maintaining and processing the organizations insurances annually with insurance brokers (Professional Liability, General Liability, Commercial, Cyber, Auto, Workers Comp, etc.)
- Review, prepare and submit documentation for payment of Fringe Benefits monthly
- Oversee the credentialing process for all providers, files set up and maintained with up-to-date documents
- Credentialing/revalidation of providers for DC & Md. Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance as well as the agency.
- Assist in the renewing of Health Insurances and Fringe Benefit Contracts
- Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
