Production Worker
Norton Shores, MI, 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), $16.00 per hour
Job SummaryAre you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Worker to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us produce and package high-performance adhesives, sealants, and coatings that support a variety of industries and customers worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Worker, your core responsibilities will include:
- Product Preparation: Follow customer-specific batch and work orders to accurately produce and package products.
- Packaging and Quality Control: Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and order accuracy for all outgoing products.
- Production Support: Assist with filling tubes, containers, and drums, and prepare them for shipment.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workstation while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively
- Strong math skills (measurement, decimals, fractions, conversions)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to Detail: Ensures packaging accuracy and product quality.
