<p>American Traveler is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a Mild/Moderate K-5 assignment requiring a current Colorado SPED license.</p>
<p>\n \n Responsibilities\n

<li>Work in a public elementary school setting serving grades K-5</li>
<li>Day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday</li>
<li>Average caseload of 18 students</li>
<li>Assignment for the 2025-2026 school year</li>
<li>Position focuses on providing instruction and support to students with mild to moderate disabilities</li>
<li>Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff as part of the education team</li>
<li>Resume required for consideration</li>

<li>Active Colorado Special Education (SPED) teaching license required at the time of consideration</li>
<li>Teaching credential must be issued prior to the start date</li>
<li>Experience with mild/moderate special education student populations preferred</li>
