Location: Commute to Bridgeport, TX (Required)
Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM | On-site

About the Role: Dispatcher (Bridgeport Office)
We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Dispatcher to join our Bridgeport operations team. In this mission-critical role, you'll be the hub of communication between our sales team, drivers, and clients-ensuring timely delivery of materials, resolving challenges with agility, and upholding our reputation for dependable service across Texas.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with company leadership, take ownership of daily logistics, and be a trusted partner in our growth.
Key Responsibilities

Daily Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and fulfill transportation requests across multiple job sites.

Driver Communication: Maintain accurate, real-time updates for drivers and owner-operators regarding load details, timing, and site conditions.

Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Proactively monitor routes, troubleshoot disruptions, and communicate with customers to manage expectations and timelines.

Customer Experience: Act as a liaison to ensure each client receives timely, transparent communication and exceptional service.

Logistical Tracking: Use internal systems to track deliveries, optimize routing, and support data-driven decision-making.
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education is a plus.

At least 2 years of dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferred-but we're open to training high-potential candidates with relevant skill sets.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Strong technology skills, including comfort with scheduling and tracking software.

Calm, clear communicator with a solutions-first mindset-even under pressure.

Willingness to remain accessible by phone/email outside of standard hours to support urgent logistics needs.
