Machine Operator | Food Production
Looking for your next step in food manufacturing and have at least one year of food production machine operator experience, the ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and are comfortable working in a refrigerated environment? This temp-to-hire Machine Operator role could be a great fit for you.
You will be working for a well-established food processing facility that produces fresh, ready-to-eat products distributed to major businesses across the region. Machine Operator Duties:
- Operate and monitor food production machinery to maintain consistent output and quality.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Adjust machine settings and perform minor troubleshooting to reduce downtime and maintain efficiency.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP guidelines, and all food safety protocols.
- Record production data, including output rates, downtime, and quality issues, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Schedule:
- Day Shift 6 or 7am
- Five days per week, weekend availability required
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Machine Operator Requirements:
- At least 1 year of food production machine operator experience
- Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
