We are hiring CDL-A OTR truck drivers (solo and teams) for dry van and refrigerated freight with consistent miles across all 48 states.

• $0.60 CPM Solo Drivers

• $0.80 CPM Team Drivers

• Home every other weekend

• No-touch freight

• No in-cab cameras

Driver Pay

Solo Drivers

• $0.60 CPM base pay

• Up to $0.04 CPM quarterly performance bonus

• Average 2,700–3,000 miles per week

• $1,719 weekly average

Team Drivers

• $0.80 CPM base pay

• Average 5,000–6,000 miles per week

• $3,712 weekly average per team

Additional Pay

• $25/hour detention pay after 2 hours

• $150 layover pay

• $200 breakdown pay

• Annual pay increases during the first three years

• Weekly pay with direct deposit

Annual pay range: $66,204 – $112,523 depending on miles and schedule.

Home Time

• Home every other weekend
