• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, ranging from 60 to 80 calls.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain patient records and documentation.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and coordinating their healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient registration and service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to patients navigating healthcare processes.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to healthcare compliance standards.
• Maintain an attentive demeanor and ensure a positive experience for patients during every interaction.• Previous experience in patient scheduling, patient services, or related roles.
• Strong customer service skills, particularly in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in handling patient registration and appointment coordination.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and compliance regulations.
