A healthcare opportunity is now available for an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technician specializing in imaging technologies. This role involves working closely with cardiac care teams to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, utilizing your expertise to ensure patient safety and accurate data collection.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an EP Technician, focusing on imaging applications
  • Certified Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) credential
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) certification
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Strong understanding of electrophysiology lab equipment and cardiac imaging modalities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in pre-procedure preparations and patient monitoring during EP studies and ablations
  • Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality cardiac images and data
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document procedures and maintain accurate records

Schedule:

  • Day shifts from 8:00 am with 4 days of 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
  • No weekend or major holiday shifts; no on-call duties required
