Regional Sales Manager (Territory Sales) – Medical Device | $195K OTE ($95K Base + $100K Commission Plan)+ Car Allowance + Full Benefits


Are you a competitive, results-oriented sales professional who excels at new business development and closing deals? This is a high-impact, field-based role selling cutting-edge home sleep apnea testing solutions across a defined territory. You’ll work directly with medical professionals and facilities to drive awareness, education, and adoption of a market-leading diagnostic device.


This is a territory management role (not a people management role). The ideal candidate is a true producer—self-motivated, driven, and experienced in selling to healthcare professionals.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive new business development with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and specialty practices (cardiology, ENT, dentistry, sleep).
  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory by identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Clinical Sales Specialists who provide deep technical/product knowledge.
  • Use CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) to manage leads, track performance, and drive territory strategy.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client-facing events.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Participate in training and onboarding (virtual, classroom, and in-field job shadowing).


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of field sales experience (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and top performance—President’s Club experience is a plus.
  • Strong hunter mentality with exceptional prospecting and closing skills.
  • Experience selling to healthcare professionals and administrators.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within your assigned territory.


Compensation & Perks:

  • $95K base salary + $100K commission plan (Uncapped)
  • 6-month commission bridge guarantee (75%)
