Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technologist is needed to support diagnostic imaging in a Pain Management setting. This position focuses on producing high-quality radiographic images that aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients experiencing chronic or acute pain. Expertise in fluoroscopy and radiographic techniques for interventional pain procedures is essential, along with a strong commitment to patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under physician direction, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Operate and maintain GE x-ray equipment and OEC (GE) C-arms used in interventional procedures.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients and staff during imaging processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the pain management team to facilitate patient care.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current RD ARRT certification and South Carolina Radiology Tech license.
  • Registration through the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Experience working with GE imaging equipment in both fixed and portable settings.
  • Familiarity with OEC C-arm operation in operating room environments.
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Total of 36 hours per week
