Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) to provide pediatric therapy services in the Jaffrey, New Hampshire area. This is a full-time, 4-day-per-week position with an immediate start and potential extension into the 2026–2027 school year.

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities
- Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K–12)
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
- Support student mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists (OTs), speech-language pathologists (SLPs), and school teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Recommend and support use of assistive technology and adaptive equipment
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Interest or experience in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or special education preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
