Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic company seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to join their team in SW Portland. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and vendors, help maintain a welcoming and professional office environment, and support initiatives that promote employee wellness and appreciation. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering room for growth. Location: SW Portland, OR Duration: Temp-to-Hire Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $20-$21/hour depending on experience Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal staff.
- Handle customer service inquiries, de-escalate situations with tenants, and route issues appropriately.
- Lead office appreciation events every three weeks.
- Prepare vendor communications, including stuffing envelopes and managing correspondence.
- Support internal wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Think on your feet to solve problems as they arise.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
