Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role in a school district in Washington, D.C.. In this position, you'll work with students to assess communication needs, implement individualized therapy plans, and support their academic and social success. Join a dedicated team focused on helping students find their voice and thrive in the classroom.Position Overview:

  • Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

  • Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed

  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

  • Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Active DCSLP license (or ability to obtain)

  • CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

  • School-based experience is a plus but not required
