We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering quality patient care and improving the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility support, including transfers, positioning, and walking assistance.
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Support patients with light housekeeping tasks related to their care.
Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
Follow the patient’s care plan as directed by the RN or healthcare provider.
Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising nurse or care team.
