Job DescriptionSalary: 11.50
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily activities and lesson plans
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
- Support childrens social, emotional, and physical development
- Help with classroom organization and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Assist with meals, snacks, and toileting as needed
- Encourage a positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood coursework a plus!)
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
