Location: Hybrid (Brea, CA – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Compensation: $27.00–$30.00 per hour + commissions/bonuses (varies based on performance)
Job Type: Temporary to Hire (90-day evaluation period)
About the Role
Medica Talent Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Agency Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a hybrid, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys connecting healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
The ideal candidate understands the urgency and flexibility required in agency recruiting and can effectively manage multiple clients, positions, and changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Source, review, and screen resumes against client requirements.
• Conduct phone screenings and candidate assessments.
• Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain a minimum production goal of 8-10 candidate submittals per week.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the interview process.
• Assist in offer negotiations and secure candidate acceptance.
• Initiate onboarding and coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth start process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity.
• Participate in team meetings and office collaboration activities.• Job fairs and career events on occasion.• Coordination of temp employees on client assignment.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience preferred.• HS Dipploma or GED required.
• Previous agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and priorities.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with recruiting metrics and goals.

Schedule
