Shift: Rotating Day/Night Shift (3x12-hour schedule)

• Day: 07:00 – 19:30
• Night: 19:00 – 07:30
  (Shifts may rotate based on operational needs)

Duration: 13-week assignment

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity acute care hospital setting. The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical support, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Adapt to rotating shifts and varying unit needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted)
• Minimum 18 months of prior permanent experience in specialty required
• Active state RN license or compact license required at time of submission
• Required Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA or equivalent)
  • ACLS (AHA or equivalent)
  • NIHSS
• Strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
