You will be the trusted technical expert responsible for keeping our rental fleet-high-performance heating, cooling, dehumidification, ventilation, and environmental control solutions-operating safely, reliably, and ready for customers. Your work keeps industries moving and job sites productive.

What You'll Do
-
Service, maintain, install, and repair temporary heating and climate control equipment both in-shop and at customer sites

Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly and professionally

Deliver hands-on customer support, including basic equipment training
-
Perform accurate documentation using modern service software
-
Travel to customer locations and support seasonal overtime demands
What You'll Bring
-
3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, field maintenance, HVAC, or related trades

Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities

Mechanical skills preferred

Proven safety-first mindset in both shop and field environments
-
Clear and professional communication with customers and teammates
-
EPA Universal Certification and 3–5 years of HVAC/R experience strongly preferred, but not required
-
Must have a clean driving record and be 18+ years old
