Responsibilities:
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure the seamless functioning of daily operations at multiple dental office locations.
- Manage Office Staff: Lead and motivate office staff, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction across all teams.
- Compliance and Records Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws.
- Patient and Provider Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, insurance providers, and dental professionals to provide exceptional service.
- Appointment Management: Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, optimizing the schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Billing and Accounts Management: Oversee patient accounts and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Patient Satisfaction: Ensure a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with people management and leading a team.
- Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in dental billing and insurance procedures, dental software, and Microsoft Office.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Software Experience: Experience with Denticon and Weave is a plus but not required.
