Electrical Superintendent – Virginia/DC Area
Our client, a top electrical contractor, is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead crews on commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities

Supervise crews and oversee installations on commercial projects

Manage schedules, manpower, and material orders

Interpret blueprints and specs to guide work

Ensure code compliance and enforce safety standards

Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and contractors to keep projects on track

Mentor and support electricians and apprentices
Qualifications
-
5+ years of commercial electrical experience, including 2+ in a supervisory role
-
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
-
Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics
-
Proven leadership and organizational skills
-
OSHA cert and Journeyman/Master license preferred
