Job Title: Administrative Clerk
Job Type: Part-time
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office manager/general manager and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office manager/GM
- Assist with answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Filing and sorting
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assisting in desk coverage for parts and service departments as needed
- Respond to inquiries from customers and communicating with management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
