Your Role:

As our Program Coordinator, you’ll be the guiding force behind tailored support plans and community integration. You’ll coach staff, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of dignity and respect. Your leadership will help unlock potential and build independence for those we serve.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Craft and evaluate Individual Support Plans that center on each person’s unique goals

  • Lead, train, and inspire direct support staff to deliver person-centered care

  • Coordinate program activities and schedules ensuring seamless support coverage

  • Maintain strong communication with families, guardians, and community partners

  • Uphold all regulatory standards and promote safety and quality

  • Drive opportunities for community inclusion and active engagement

Who You Are:

  • Bring relevant experience or be open to obtaining QDDP (Qualified Development Disabilities Professional) certification.

  • Experienced leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Passionate advocate for safety, dignity, and confidentiality

  • Reliable driver with ability to travel and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ready to learn new certifications like First Aid/CPR, Medication Administration, and Mandt Crisis Intervention (training provided!)
