About the Job
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents as required by management.
- Provide information to patients regarding services, billing, and insurance processes.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
