Ezway Insurance Group is a high-producing, fast-growing insurance agency seeking licensed, goal-oriented sales professionals who are ready to perform at a high level.

This is a 100% inbound, phone-based sales role no cold calling, no door knocking, and no outside sales. We provide high-quality, ready-to-convert leads so you can focus on closing and maximizing your income.

We specialize in personal lines and commercial insurance, with a strong focus on commercial and trucking policies.

What Youll Do

• Handle inbound leads and warm prospects provided by the company
• Sell personal and commercial insurance policies (auto, home, trucking, and more)
• Build rapport quickly and close deals over the phone
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Follow up with prospects and maximize every opportunity
• Cross-sell and upsell additional products
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Must be licensed in Texas
• Additional state licenses are a plus
• Life & Health license is a plus
• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required
