PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute the annual B2B marketing strategy to support revenue growth, market penetration, and partnership development.
- Serve as a player/coach by managing a small marketing team while personally leading strategic initiatives and high-impact deliverables.
- Lead market segmentation and persona development for brokers, TPAs, benefits consultants, employers, and health system executives.
- Design and optimize multi-channel B2B lead generation programs, including email marketing, paid media, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, and targeted outreach.
- Own and optimize the marketing-to-sales funnel, ensuring strong conversion rates across MQL, SQL, and closed-won metrics.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to support high-value enterprise accounts and broker networks.
- Refine and reinforce brand positioning and messaging tailored to each target audience—emphasizing ROI, risk mitigation, compliance, and clinical outcomes.
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, webinars, conference presentations, and PR opportunities in healthcare B2B channels.
- Lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives including website UX, SEO, retargeting, and paid social.
- Oversee the corporate website as a key lead-generation asset, ensuring that content, conversion paths, and technical performance are optimized.
- Develop marketing and sales enablement tools including pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, product brochures, and case studies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure materials support complex consultative sales cycles.
- Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of industry events, broker forums, regional trade shows, and webinars.
- Ensure the organization’s presence at high-impact industry gatherings drives lead capture, brand recognition, and executive visibility.
- Establish and track performance against key marketing KPIs including MQL generation, pipeline influenced, ROI, CAC, and campaign performance.
- Manage marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, business administration, communications or related field.
- Experience marketing to brokers, TPAs, health systems, or employer benefits decision-makers.
- 7 years of professional B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, benefits consulting, digital health, or related verticals.
- 5 years managing of people experience.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot), and data-driven decision making.
- Experience developing high-quality sales enablement tools and conducting market-specific messaging work.
- Experience with account-based marketing and partner/channel marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with healthcare market dynamics including self-funded employer models, value-based care, and third-party administration.
