Job Title: On-Site Recruiter (Multiple openings)
Location: DFW and surrounding areas (3 different opportunities / locations)
Type: Full-Time (Shifts may vary by location)
Bilingual Strongly Preferred: English & Spanish
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and bilingual On-Site Recruiters to support our client operations across multiple locations in the DFW area. This is a hands-on recruiting role based on-site with our clients, responsible for the full life cycle of staffing – from sourcing and onboarding to employee support and management.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or on-site workforce management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required at 2 of the 3 locations. Please confirm on resume or application

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and production roles.
- Onboard and assign talent to client facilities in a timely and compliant manner.
- Act as the on-site representative and primary point of contact for temporary employees.
- Monitor attendance, track time, and assist with scheduling needs.
- Issue PPE and ensure staff adhere to safety policies and site protocols.
- Support and manage employee relations, including coaching and performance feedback.
- Partner with client contacts to understand hiring needs and provide workforce solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with company and client expectations.
