We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position designed for individuals passionate about supporting customers and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring expertise in handling inquiries across healthcare and technical platforms. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS BILLING EXPERIENCE


Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and detail-oriented responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or video communication.

• Assist customers with navigating healthcare platforms, including HealthCare.gov and TRICARE, ensuring accurate information is shared.

• Collaborate with offshore teams to address complex issues and deliver seamless resolutions.

• Utilize R Code to analyze customer interactions and improve service delivery.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow established protocols.

• Educate customers on available services and guide them through the processes effectively.

• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers, ensuring swift resolutions.

• Communicate updates and escalations to the appropriate teams for further action.

• Identify opportunities for service improvement and share feedback with management.

• Uphold company standards for attention to detail and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

• Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within healthcare or technical industries.
• Familiarity with healthcare platforms such as HealthCare.gov and TRICARE.
• Basic understanding of R Code for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to handle video-based interactions.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams and navigating multicultural work environments.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
