- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support at assigned client location(s)
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination
- Maintain employee personnel files in compliance with California recordkeeping requirements
- Support timekeeping and payroll data collection, including review of timecards for completeness
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with workplace investigations by gathering documentation and scheduling interviews
- Ensure compliance with workplace posting requirements and policy acknowledgments
- Support leave of absence tracking (e.g., CFRA, FMLA, paid sick leave)
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records (e.g., harassment prevention training)
Remote/Internal Responsibilities (2 Days Remote)
- Provide administrative support to internal HR team
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, disciplinary notices, and employment verifications
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports as needed
- Assist with handbook updates and policy distribution
- Support benefits administration and enrollment tracking
- Participate in internal team meetings and training sessions
- Monitor shared HR inbox and respond to inquiries timely
