We're looking for a seasoned Auto Transport Broker or Logistics Sales Professional ready to hit the ground running. If you have experience in vehicle transport sales and are motivated by uncapped earning potential, flexible remote work, and the opportunity to grow with an innovative company — we want to hear from you, this is your chance to build something meaningful and grow with us.
Your Role
- Prospect and convert new B2B clients (dealerships, fleet operators, logistics managers & private shippers)
- Develop relationships with dealerships, body shops, wholesalers, rental agencies, and individuals who ship vehicles
- Manage shipper relationships and provide excellent customer support
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers in auto logistics
What we are looking for
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in automotive, logistics, or freight agent)
- Existing industry contacts are a strong plus
- Comfortable managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
- Strong communicator—persuasive, personable, and persistent
- Entrepreneurial spirit—you take initiative and don’t wait for permission
- Experience working remotely and independently in a goal-driven environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with vehicle transport, dealership operations, or 3PL services

Compensation Structure
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month – Unlimited Commission Potential
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
- Commission only
- Base pay during ramp up
Start with a base salary plus commission during your first month as you ramp up and build your pipeline. After the initial period, transition to a 100% commission model as a 1099 contractor — with uncapped earning potential. Top agents have the opportunity to earn $100K+ annually, depending on performance and client volume. The harder you work, the more you make.
