✅ Requirements

Active RN license (Compact accepted)

Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Previous Charge Nurse experience required

Experience in swing/intermediate patients helpful

Willingness to precept/orient new staff

Lead and support ER nursing staff during shifts

Manage patient flow and ensure best practices in emergency care

Provide direct patient care in the ER and swing/intermediate unit

Collaborate with providers and hospital leadership
