Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. This role involves assisting healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies with inquiries, account setup, and order processing while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and faxes from customers.
- Provide information on services and pricing.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Set up new accounts and enter orders into the system.
- Document interactions and actions in the database.
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other departments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to schedule.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, flexible between 6:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Training: Two weeks, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
