Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location:Albuquerque, NM
Hours: 39 hours/week preferred
Caseload: 4555 students
Start Date: 2025/2026 School Year

Compensation: Starting at $50+ per hour, based on experience

Position Overview:
Seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide remote (VOCO) services for the 20252026 school year. This is a fast-paced district with a high need for qualified professionals who can work independently, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively with teachers and staff to ensure students are served successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech therapy services to students across assigned caseloads (4555 students).

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring in compliance with district and state guidelines.

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to set up students, problem-solve, and ensure services are delivered.

• Adapt to changing assignments and student needs as required.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the district and SLP leads.

Requirements:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP preferred).

• Must hold or be willing to obtain New Mexico licensure (NMRLD and PED licenses).

• Flexibility to work with various age groups and caseloads.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced district with limited facilitator support.
