Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist – School
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 42 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift – 5x7.5 Hours (07:00 AM – 02:30 PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school setting. The position involves providing speech therapy services to middle and high school students, with a focus on American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency. Candidates must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Texas SLP license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to middle and high school students
• Collaborate with 2–3 other SLPs per campus to manage a balanced caseload
• Work with students who have communication disorders, helping them improve speech, language, and social communication skills
• Supervise and support Clinical Fellows (CFs), if applicable
• Maintain appropriate documentation for therapy sessions and student progress

Requirements:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required
• Texas SLP license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Experience with middle and high school age groups
• Ability to manage a collaborative caseload with balanced workloads
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs), supervision provided for CFs
