Qualifications:
- High organizational skills and proven clerical skills
- Proficient use of Office programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Microsoft Excel – demonstrated ability to manipulate data in a spreadsheet to include sorting, formatting)
- Ability to effectively communicate issues with leadership, scheduling, customer service and production departments.
- Attention to detail – ability to accurately perform very detailed critical work while under time pressure
- Able to solve issues creatively and quickly to keep production running smoothly.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and make timely decisions.
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ability to manage time and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Works well with coworkers and supervision.
