Scheduling Support – Configuration Management Engineer (CME)

**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking qualified Scheduling Support CMEs to provide aircrew scheduling support for flying unit operations at Ellsworth Air Force Base. The Scheduler will support mission readiness by managing aircrew schedules and ensuring accurate coordination using approved scheduling systems.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide squadron-level aircrew scheduling support for flying operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and update aircrew schedules in accordance with unit requirements and mission priorities.
  • Utilize PEX or similar proprietary scheduling systems to manage flight schedules, training events, and crew availability.
  • Coordinate with aircrew members, operations staff, and leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Support operational readiness by ensuring schedules reflect qualifications, currency, and availability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active SECRET (S) Security Clearance OR previously held a SECRET clearance that has expired (not revoked).
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a Squadron Aircrew Scheduler.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoD flying operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
