Physical Therapist – Get Patients Back to Their Best We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join our innovative outpatient orthopedic center in Windsor, CO. This is a prime opportunity to build lasting patient relationships and grow clinically in a collaborative setting.
Position Information: • Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM • Job Type: Full-Time • Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience • Perks: Full healthcare benefits, 401(k) with employer match, and continuing education support
Duties Include: • Assessing physical function and designing strategic treatment interventions • Partnering with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care • Supervising PTAs and managing clinical documentation • Encouraging patient engagement and wellness
Requirements
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy • Colorado license (or license-eligible) • Strong clinical reasoning skills • Familiarity with WebPT preferred
