About Us:
We're a thriving, multi-unit franchisee group passionate about health, wellness, and helping our communities thrive. We own and operate 4 Restore Hyper Wellness locations and 3 Nutrishops, and we're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Administrative/Executive Assistant to help us manage and grow our businesses. The Opportunity:
As our Administrative/Executive Assistant, you'll be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll provide critical support to the owners in managing the day-to-day tasks, maintaining the business cadence, and ensuring seamless communication across all locations.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence (emails, phone calls), preparing documents, and maintaining files.
- Communication & Coordination:Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Data Management & Reporting:Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations.
- Project Management:Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Event & Meeting Coordination:Planning and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Franchise Support:Assisting with franchise-specific tasks, such as compliance reporting and brand standard adherence.
- Operational Support:Assisting with tasks related to inventory management, marketing campaigns, and customer service.
- Other Duties:As needed to support the growth and success of the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the health, wellness, or retail industry a plus.
- Experience with franchise operations a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for health and wellness!
