Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to facilitate smooth office operations.

• Manage and organize documents, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.

• Coordinate communication efforts, including handling email correspondence and phone calls.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.

• Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

• Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Support team members and management by managing office supplies and resources.

• Ensure timely follow-ups on project tasks and deliverables to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Participate in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.

• Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to manage email correspondence and handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Familiarity with general office functions and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
