Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active OT license in the state or eligibility to obtain before starting
- Previous experience providing occupational therapy in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload ranging from kindergarten through high school
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation, as well as documentation skills
- Collaborative spirit and effective communicator with students, families, and school personnel
- Flexibility to travel between multiple campuses as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ needs to develop tailored intervention plans
- Deliver occupational therapy services in individual and group sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to educators and parents
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with school and legal requirements
- Foster supportive, inclusive environments that promote each student’s growth and independence
