About Us
We’re a fast-growing home remodeling company known for quality workmanship and great customer service. We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper & Office Manager to handle financials, office operations, HR, and legal coordination — all while supporting the CEO.
What You'll Do
Bookkeeping & Financials
- Manage QuickBooks Online daily (A/P, A/R, job costing, reconciliations)
- Prepare weekly cash flow and P&L reports
- Work closely with our CPA and track project expenses
- Send invoices, follow up on collections, and maintain clean financial records
Office & Legal Coordination
- Oversee permits, lien waivers, and legal documents with our attorney
- Keep Buildertrend updated with project data
- Maintain organized systems, digital files, and internal communication
- Supervise office staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
HR & Executive Support
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee files
- Support payroll and benefits tracking
- Help shape company policies and employee handbook
- Act as the CEO’s right hand in handling tasks, scheduling, and priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of bookkeeping and office management experience in the construction or home remodeling industry (required)
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and Excel
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software
- Confident handling HR tasks, legal coordination, and financial reporting
- Highly organized, professional, and capable of managing people and systems
